All fees are charged per person and are not subject to VAT. Fees must be paid before the relevant session or piece of work begins.
If you require a face-to-face meeting, this can be booked at our office at your convenience. Office bookings are charged at £25 per hour, in addition to the mediation fees above.
Payment
How to pay
All fees are payable by bank transfer, and must be paid before the relevant session or work commences. Bank details will be provided to you at the time of booking.
Government support
The Family Mediation Voucher Scheme
Eligible child arrangement matters can receive up to £500 towards mediation. The voucher covers one joint mediation session, and any remaining balance can go towards further work such as a parenting plan or additional sessions. Your mediator can let you know whether you qualify at your MIAM.
Legal aid
If you need a legal aid mediator
PADI Mediation does not offer legal aid mediation. If you believe you're eligible for legal aid, you can find a legal aid mediator through the Family Mediation Council's website, familymediationcouncil.org.uk.

On a lower income?
If cost is a concern, please mention this when you get in touch or at your MIAM. Where appropriate, a concession on fees may be available, and your mediator can also let you know whether the government voucher scheme could help.
